Ascend to the second floor to find 2 large Bedrooms, laundry room and a second full Bath with tub/shower. Everything is sparkly, shiny and new!
Cape Cod Canal, restaurants, bike path, Sandwich Boardwalk and Town Neck Beach are all within walking distance. Your pet may be accepted with prior permission.

Summary: Friend group here for a long weekend. Location was perfect, can walk to the beach and marina. Can walk to a few restaurants and Tree House Brew, right in the water. House was great, although construction on both houses in either side.

Summary: Stayed here with my family for a few nights in August. The house was immaculate! Very clean and everything was updated and remodeled. Beds were very comfortable and showers were clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a convenient 5 minute walk to the beach. Only negatives we could think of was the early check out time of 10am and not enough seating in the living room.

Summary: This 3 bedroom home was conveniently located in Sandwich near the Treehouse Brewery and Cape Cod Canal. We were in Sandwich for a wedding and finding a house with beds for 3 couples was a must The home was well equipped, had 3 bedrooms with very comfortable queen size beds, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Living room could have better seating for 6 adults and the yard could benefit from some landscaping, but all in all a nice comfortable stay in Sandwich.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every second of it. The house is very well appointed and centrally located; a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Neighborhood was very quiet. Communication with the property management company was simple and easy and the one minor issue we had during our stay was quickly resolved.
